Here we are 4 seasons later and Fuller House still has us yearning for more. I must say this spinoff is more than successful. Full House fans are more than satisfied watching DJ, Steph, and Kimmy "sharing" their lives with us. Just as the child stars before them, Michael, Elias, Soni, Dashiell and Fox are growing up before our eyes and we are so glad that our favorite family is back, welcoming us home each season.
Fuller House is the most successful reboot/comeback to date. Others have tried but have not captured the magic of the original show like Fuller House has. With continued surprise visits from Lori Loughlin (Becky), Bob Saget (Danny), John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), and Dave Coulier (Joey) it's like we're coming home each episode. In this season we watch Kimmy and Steph become closer through her pregnancy. We also see the blossoming relationship between Steph and Jimmy which let's face it, none of us thought Steph would be in love with a Gibbler. Ramona, Jackson, Max and Tommy are coming into their own. Steve and DJ are the "parents" we always wanted to get back together and Fernando, as we watch through the seasons, is Kimmy's equal in every way.
I think that what we would all want to see are WEDDINGS WEDDINGS WEDDINGS! We'd love to see DJ and Steve finally get married. Steve is great with DJ's kids and I feel that DJ's departed husband Tommy Sr. would give his blessing to his wife to be happy again. I've always related to Steph. Why? Well we're both the middle child and well...seeing as I haven't been blessed with a child yet, I yearn so much to be a mother. I would love to see Steph and Jimmy have their happily ever after. Steph has come a long way since season 1. She was this single, carefree spirit and now she's in a steady relationship, is a new mother, and about to get married. Kimmy and Fernando are more in love than ever. It's time for them to take their repeated walk down the aisle. Maybe we will see all this unravel in season 5 but I can say with confidence that Fuller House should have just as long a run as Full House if not longer.
